When will I get my order?
The Pokemon preorders will most likely be shipped out mid-late March. For shipments within the U.S., it will be about 3-5 business days. For international shipments, it may take up to 3-5 weeks but there will be a tracking number provided to keep you updated.
Will you be able to ship to me?
I want my merchandise to be accessible to as many people as possible, so international shipping is available for most countries. However, please note that there may be extra fees you must pay for customs release. This fee is not included in the shipping cost and must be paid separately.
Am I allowed a refund?
I do not allow refunds, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I missed the preorder, will I still be able to buy the product?
After all preorders are fulfilled, I will most likely have them up on my Etsy HERE
